Luau check in time is at 3:45pm. From Waikiki, the drive time is about 25 – 35 minutes depending on traffic. We suggest leaving by 3:15pm. From Ko’olina Area, the drive time is about 45 – 65 minutes depending on traffic. We suggest leaving by 2:45pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY is 48 hours before day of luau. Any thing within the 48 hours will not receive a refund. But can rebook if you choose to.

You can rebook up to 48 hours before the day of your luau date. If you need to rebook within the 48 hours, there will be a fee of $35.00 per person.

Our staff will and try to help accommodate on what you can and can not have in our dinner menu. We ask you to make a note on your booking.

We are on a little bit of a hill, we have had wheelchairs, guests who couldn’t stand to long & we made sure they were okay or needed to take a break in between shows.

We recommend you dress comfortably and wear very comfortable shoes. Remember that the sun can be harsh, so you may want to grab a hat or umbrella.

Yes, service animals are welcomed and must be under the control of the handler by use of a harness, a leash, or by some other means at all times unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work. The guest is responsible for cleaning any waste and controlling their service animal’s behavior. Service animals may not be left unattended.

Please bring your picture ID if you’re 21+ to order or consume alcoholic beverages. Please wear comfortable shoes and a light jacket is suggested.

No. We don’t have an ATM machine anywhere near us. We suggest before we pick you up from Waikiki or if you’re driving out with your own transportation to stop at an ATM before you make your way to the luau.

Our pick up locations are ala moana, the ilikai la Croix, Hokulani, Hyatt Waikiki beach , Hyatt regency, alohilani, twin fin, & Hyatt place.

Yes! Round-Trip Transportation from Waikiki to our luau is an additional $20 per person. Unfortunately, we do not currently pick up in the Ko’olina area.
