Our luau menu is a mixture of Hawaiian and local food. Hawaiian food is what the Hawaiians brought over from whereever they migrated from to Hawaii to cultivate. Between 1850 – 1930 immigrant workers from Asia, Polynesia, Europe, and American introduced new foods, and this blend of cuisines formed a “local food” style unique to Hawaii.
